The news was revealed by The Loud House staff writer Kevin Sullivan in a post on Facebook, in which he also revealed that he has left Nickelodeon after 22 years as there wasn't a show he could transition to. In a post dated Saturday, February 7, Sullivan said "After 22 1/2 years, yesterday was my last day at Nickelodeon. From Fatherhood, to The X's, to OddParents, Danny Phantom, and TUFF Puppy, to The Loud House… I've had the most amazing, unexpected and unpredictable career and I couldn't be more grateful or proud. I certainly hope it's not over yet, either. I know the state of animation is dire at the moment, but I've still got fart jokes to write!" Replying to a fan about why he left Nickelodeon, Sullivan added:
The news follows the recent announcement that The Loud House had been renewed for season 11, which will be comprised of the episodes originally produced to be part of the second halve of season nine. In 2024, Nickelodeon started to to split seasons into two to keep their sizes more consistent with the season lengths currently consumed on streaming services where all shows ultimately get added. submitted by /u/SleuthDoggyDawg |
