A few miles before the town of Bosa lies the small and charming village of Tinnura. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by wonderful murals depicting scenes of life in the town over the last century.

There are over 20 murals spread throughout the village’s walls, forming an open-air museum celebrating its history, traditions, and everyday life.

While various artists have contributed to the cultural project, most of the works are by renowned multimedia artist Pina Monne. A gifted ceramicist and painter, Monne is a local artist whose work has been widely exhibited in museums and galleries around the world. Her studio can also be found in the village.

These vivid building adornments have been painted over the past 24 years and are restored every five to 10 years to maintain their rich quality.

It is easy to park and wander through the village’s streets on foot, with treasures awaiting on side streets and the upper stories of buildings.
